VENTURI BLAST SYSTEM
Two lightweight, aluminum , pistol grip design guns are supplied. Compressed air delivered to the gun produces a vacuum within the gun to draw blast media to be mixed with the compressed air. A No. 5 air orifice and No. 5 ceramic nazzle are available depending upon compressed air supply. Tungston Carbide and Boron Carbide nozzles are also available. Media/Air blast ratio is obtained by a fixed media feed valve. Blast pressure is regulated by a pilot/slave regulator.

  

PRESSURE BLAST SYSTEM
A One (1) cubic foot capacity, single outlet, ASME certified pressure pot is supplied as standard. Pot is equipped with 3/4" piping. Blast pressure and control is obtained by a pilot/slave regulator. Pot is equipped with moisture separator, outlet pinch valve, adjustable media control valve and all related controls for efficient operation. Blast is delivered to the part through one 1/2" ID blast hose and a 1/4" Tungston Carbide nozzle assembly. Other nozzle sizes are available depending upon compressed air supply.
